First Attachment / Registration Fee
- A First Attachment Fee of INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) is payable at the time of joining or attaching your vehicle to the One Cab platform.
- This Attachment Fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Driver Wallet – Minimum Balance
- Every Driver must maintain a minimum wallet balance of INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) at all times.
- The Company reserves the right to restrict bookings or suspend access to the platform if the wallet balance falls below the minimum required amount.
Information We Collect
- Name, phone number, and email address (when you fill the contact/booking form).
- Pickup and drop location, travel details, and preferences.
- Payment information (processed securely via trusted payment gateways).
- Technical information (IP address, browser type, cookies) to improve website performance.

Communication Consent

- 'I agree to receive messages, emails, RCS, and updates to my mobile number or email.'

- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for trusted partners (drivers, payment processors) required to complete your booking.

Location Tracking
- By registering on the One Cab mobile application, the driver agrees to allow location tracking after manually clicking on 'Go-Online'.
- This is used to receive business benefits and trip opportunities from One Cab.
No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for our taxi services.
- Once a booking is made, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Drivers can cancel a trip; however, after accepting a trip, cancellation charges will be applied as per company policy.
Delete Account
- If you wish to delete your user or driver account from the One Cab app, please contact the administrator for assistance.
