Services
- We provide one-way, round trip, and outstation taxi services across Tamil Nadu and nearby regions.
- All bookings are strictly subject to vehicle availability and final confirmation from our dispatch team.
Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website, phone helpline, or authorized mobile app.
- Minimum billable kilometers and driver allowances (batta) apply as per our transparent tariff policy.
- Payments can be made securely online or directly to the driver via cash or UPI/digital mode at the end of the trip.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is applicable if the request is made within 24 hours before the scheduled trip time.
- Cancellations made after the grace period or last-minute driver dispatch may attract nominal cancellation charges.
- Approved refunds for advance payments will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details during the booking process.
- Any illegal activity, carrying of prohibited/hazardous items, or misconduct during travel is strictly prohibited.
- Any physical damage to the vehicle's interior or exterior caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
Driver & Vehicle Policy
- Our drivers strictly follow company protocols, highway speed limits, and road safety laws.
- The specific vehicle model provided depends on availability at the time of booking, within the selected vehicle category (e.g., Sedan, SUV).
- We reserve the right to decline or terminate service immediately in case of passenger misconduct or unsafe situations.
Communication Consent
- By booking with us, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, trip updates, driver details, and important service-related messages via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.
- You may also receive occasional promotional offers, which you can opt-out of at any time.
Limitation of Liability
- One Cab is not responsible for travel delays caused by severe traffic, extreme weather, road closures, or unforeseen natural events.
- We are not liable for the loss or damage of luggage, personal belongings, or any indirect damages occurring during the transit.
Changes to Terms
- We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational changes.
- Continued use of our services or website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
